Why can't I find the email confirmation with my download?
Your download link should arrive in your primary inbox shortly after purchase. If you don’t see it, please also check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, sometimes emails get filtered there.
I still can’t find my download email?
In many cases, this happens because the email address was misspelled at checkout. If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived and you’ve checked all folders, please reach out to us so we can help.
I’ve already purchased but no longer want my order, can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Because our products are digital, we’re unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy applies to all transactions, including those made through third-party payment platforms or external sales channels.
I can’t find where to download my products.
After completing your purchase, you’ll see a section labeled “Access Content.” Click on it to view and download all of your purchased products.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your download links. You can use it to access your files at any time.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to your account on our website and view all your purchases in one place.
